Return and Refund Policy

At Hazy Days Innovations, LLC, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process. Please read the following guidelines carefully to ensure a smooth return experience.
General Return Policy
All returned products must be in new, unused condition, and include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 24 hours of receipt), a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 2–10 business days for your credit to reflect, depending on your bank or card provider.
Wire transfer payments will be refunded as store credit only.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs to our Denver, CO warehouse.
⚠ Please do not order multiples of the same item with the intent to return most of them. If you’re unsure about sizing or product details, contact us at info@hazydaysllc.com and we’ll help you choose the right item!
Return Shipping Options
We offer two return shipping options:
Prepaid UPS Label (US Only):
$9.99 fee (deducted from your refund).
Available for customers in the contiguous 48 states.
Carrier of Your Choice:
You may use any shipping carrier.
We recommend a trackable and insured method.
All returns must be prepaid. COD shipments will be rejected.
Any refused, undelivered, or abandoned packages will incur a $10 service fee.
Exchanges
Need something different? Just place a new order after returning your original item.
This ensures you get the replacement quickly. You’re still responsible for shipping the original item back to us.Used or Damaged Merchandise
We cannot accept returns on items that show signs of use or wear, including but not limited to:
Odors, dirt, scratches, pet hair, or stains
Damaged or missing parts
Opened or tampered novelty packaging
Items that have been “partied with” are not eligible for return. We suggest reselling on platforms like eBay or Craigslist for gently used items.
International Returns
Mark return packages as “Merchandise Return” to avoid additional customs fees.
Customer is responsible for any brokerage or customs charges.
Shipments arriving COD or with unpaid fees will be rejected.
Order Cancellation / Modification
We process orders quickly — act fast if you need to make changes!
Orders can only be modified or cancelled while their status is “Order Received.”
Once an order is “Order Processed,” it cannot be changed or canceled.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged:
Notify us immediately at info@hazydaysllc.com.
Keep all original packaging and take photos of the damage.
We will assist with the carrier claim process (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.).
Claims may take time — we appreciate your patience as we help resolve the issue.
