For shipments to Canada, APO/FPO, and other military bases, the contents of the order must be listed on the outside of the package due to customs and delivery regulations. Discreet packaging is not available for these locations.
✔️ Yes, you can request a cancellation, but please note:
Once your order is placed and billing/shipping details are verified, it’s immediately sent to our warehouse for processing. Because of this, cancellation may not be instant and could take some time to complete.
If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible — we’ll do our best to assist before the order ships.

We do not offer direct exchanges. Simply return the original item and place a new order for the one you want.

All returns must be prepaid — no CODs accepted
